I'm afraid not yet Johan :( it controls devices but doesn't save captured images yet. But hopefully next weekend you can try it... Peter

So here is it, just AstroImager for now... :) Do not suppose it is fully functional and do not overwrite your production version with it! :)

http://download.cloudmakers.eu/AI3.0_209.dmg

If you want to use it with remote INDIGO server, use 2.0_43 for linux or 1.0_10 for Mac.

New build with a lot of bugfixes: http://download.cloudmakers.eu/AI3.0_210.dmg. If you want to use it with remote INDIGO server, use 2.0_44 for linux or 1.0_10 for Mac.

New build with a lot of bugfixes: http://download.cloudmakers.eu/AI3.0_212.dmg. If you want to use it with remote INDIGO server, use 2.0_45 for linux or 1.0_10 for Mac.

There is a known issue with ASI driver and exposures longer than 5s.

Build 212 has a very basic support for video files (Prefs->Output Format select MOV instead of FITS).

Hi Peter,

Noticed that both the .MOV and the .AVI do not open in Quicktime. The .MOV does not open in VLC, but the .AVI does.

In case where the file does not open, the player gives a format/codec error.

Regards, Johan

Hi Johan,

you probably used some 16 bit grayscale mode and this combination is not supported by MOV/AVI. I'm considering to use SER format used by astro post processing software and supporting all necessary formats, but I have to add streaming support to INDIGO first, current solution is too slow :(
