I reproduced the "Bad descriptor" issue and it is apparently somehow related to the sandbox :( In my case selecting download folder in Agent setup dialog fixed the issue. I'll try to find what's wrong, but it may be related to mixing v3.x and v4.x applications. If folder is selected in v3.x it is us...

It may be related to the sandboxing. Changing the folder (even to the same) in "Agent setup" may help.
