Re: Periodic Error?
Hi, The big 1s pulses in dec appear to be backlash compensation. If these don't bother you normally, i would ignore them, but you may want to check the amount of backlash that is determined by calibration. The backlash compensation maybe triggered by the start of the deviation (whatever it was cause...

Re: Announcing: INDIGO to GO — an iPhone app for monitoring sequences
Hi Aaron,
Looked at the preview feature; cool! However, mine shows an image of M31 for all subs taken in AI, where the real image is the Rosette Nebula taken fromthe CCD Simulator. Where does the M31 image come from? Or is this a dummy and is the feature not yet fully functional?
Regards, johan

Re: Announcing: INDIGO to GO — an iPhone app for monitoring sequences
Hi Aaron,
Not sure; when i looked in Dashboard, the RMSE properties have a normal value during dithering and in the previous version of the app one would see the values swing during a dither. Now the icons for RA/DEC RMSE become a question mark during dithering.

Re: Announcing: INDIGO to GO — an iPhone app for monitoring sequences
Hi Aaron, Gave it a go; all works fine now! :D Phone sleep does not affect the server connection anymore and the selection window shows all changes on the network instantly. Saw you implemented the "Dithering" state; works! Did notice that during the dithering state, no RMSE values are shown or upda...

Re: Announcing: INDIGO to GO — an iPhone app for monitoring sequences
Hi Aaron, Looked at the new version; looking good! 1) New server selection screen; gui looks good, no glitches! 2) HA limit; great fix, works. 3) Server list still does not reflect changes after servers/agents have started/stopped ; As long as the app is running, new and stopped server are not refle...

Hi Aaron, JohanB wrote: ↑Wed Sep 30, 2020 9:45 pm When i stop the server on the Rpi or the apps on the mac, the server and agents remain selectable for a very long time, even though they're not there anymore (they still are selectable now...maybe even indefinitely, not sure). Maybe it is possible to...

Re: Announcing: INDIGO to GO — an iPhone app for monitoring sequences
Hi Aaron, Gave it a go; works brilliantly, love the app! Ran a server, agent_imager, agent_guider and agent_mount on the Raspberry, all using the simulators. Ran AG, AI and AT on the Mac, all latest v4. A few remarks; When the phone locks, the servers are lost, only to reconnect straight aways again...

Hi Peter,
Great! Will give it a shot next time. Would love to be able to use Donuts, since it does seem to provide much higher quality.
