Multiple selection (shift + mouse click) for some operations (colour change and info), some small GUI cleanup.

Could this replace INDI server for something like EKOS? Would you just point EKOS client at this server instead? Also, does this work with PHD2 as well? Now that PHD2 supports Indi devices, should I be able to access the control panel server from PHD2?

Generally yes. You can use Dashboard or just INDIGO Server. You can connect to any INDIGO server as to any remote INDI server from Ekos.
I'm not sure about PHD2, it depends on which driver you will use. It has funny requirements on properties, which are not mandatory in INDI or INDIGO and sometime can't be implemented at all (e.g. side of pier status on fork mount).
